FOOTBALL RESOURCE REVIEW

Due to a combination of staff change and employee circumstances, South Fremantle Football Club has recently undertaken a review and restructure of the club's football administration and associated roles.

Endorsed by the Club's Board of Directors, the following resource changes are announced:

1. Former Manager, Male Football Charlie Burke has been promoted to the role of Head of Football.

This role will have strategic oversight of all the Club's football programs and activities; including people, programs, talent and high-performance. Both Senior Coaches will report directly.
 

2. We shall advertise for a new role Manager, Female Football & Administration. This role will undertake female program management and coordination, whilst leading football administration duties across the Club. 

3. We shall advertise for a Maternity Leave coverage fixed-term role, a Finance & Projects Officer. This role undertake accounts & financial administration (MYOB) as well as assisting club-based projects such as R&M, compliance & redevelopment activity. 

4. Additionally, we shall advertise for the position of Colts Coach, as we look to reinvigorate our Talent pathway activities for 2024 and beyond. 

We are currently finalising all role designs and will advertise in the near future. 

These resource changes will assist us to achieve our "Bullish" strategic plan objectives, our commitment to success both on & off field.
